Many people are curious about the dietary guidelines followed by members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, often referred to as Mormons. The Word of Wisdom: A Health Code from God
The Word of Wisdom is a health code found in Section 89 of the Doctrine and Covenants, a book of scripture for Latter-day Saints.
